The Good Shepherd Program is an approach to the religious formation of children. It is rooted in the Bible, the Liturgy of the Church and the educational principles of Maria Montessori. Catechesis of the Good
Shepherd, approved by St. John Paul II, is growing and is being acclaimed
throughout the world because its philosophy is that even very young children have
a religious life. God is present to them in their deepest being and they are able to
develop an intimate relationship with Jesus
Children ages 2.9 - 6 years are eligible. The
program will begin November 5th and is taught by the Sisters, The Franciscan
Handmaids of the Immaculate, on Tuesday mornings in the Parish Hall from 10
AM until 12 Noon. Registration fee is $40.00 per child. Registrations are now available through the Parish Office or on the lamp table outside of the Parish Office.
