Parish Tithing and Charity Report
for Fiscal Years July 1 to June 30, 2008-2009, 2009-2010

September 11, 2010

Since January 1, 2000 St. Brendan’s has tithed 10% of our parish income each week. This tithed money goes towards the prescribed Archdiocesan collections, the support of Catholic Schools (popularly known as the “school tax”), and other worthy local concerns decided upon by the pastor and the parish council. The following is a report on how the tithing program has gone in the stated fiscal years (July 1 – June 30). Many worthy charities have been helped on account of the generosity of the parishioners of St. Brendan’s Parish.
