In this very strange year, we will not be able to have our usual Annual Fall Fair. The Big Raffle is one of the key fundraising events in the Parish and we are having our Big Raffle. The drawing for the raffle will be on Sunday, November 8th, at 4:00 P.M. You will be able to view it on the Internet. The proceeds from the Big Raffle are used for ongoing parish operations, improvements to the parish and also to support local and national charities. This year, the Big Raffle has loads of exciting prizes and many chances to win. The popular top prizes are $1000, $500, and $250 cash. Other prizes include a vacation week in New Hampshire, a 32-inch smart television, an iPad, various types of merchandise, gift certificates to restaurants, rounds of golf, service stations and more.

If you have new prizes that you would like to donate for the Big Raffle then please call the parish office. This could include services you could provide, or items that could be prizes for the Big Raffle or silent auctions ( see below ).

We are also going to have a number of silent auctions in our parish hall. They will be set up by Sunday October 18th. You will be able to come into the hall at any time during the day and make your bids. You may also make a telephone call to the parish office to make a bid.. The items for silent auction include: golf packages, a custom made set of kitchen knives, a week at a resort in New Hampshire, a week of "glamping; in New Hampshire, a Weber grill, an perhaps others.

We will be displaying pictures of prizes and other information about the Big Raffle and Silent Auctions on other pages that are forthcoming (see links below). Please consult this page or the parish website for updates. 

Tickets to the Big Raffle are $5.00 per ticket and have been mailed out to parishioners. Please sell them to friends, family, and neighbors, or purchase them for yourself! Every ticket you buy or sell is a donation to St. Brendan's Parish. If you need additional ticket books please contact Father Mullen or Gladys Griffin, the parish secretary, or you can pick up more tickets following each weekend Mass. Please, if possible, return tickets you don't sell when you come to the Fall Fair.
